Poor service, consistently. If you have all the time in the world to wait, then this is the place. If you like to pay outrageous amounts for service, this is the place for you. If I could give this dealership a lower review I would. I have been going to this dealership for the last 12 or 13 years, I have purchased 3 Santa Fe’s from them . Have been satisfied in the past but in the last year and a half the customer service department has been very lacking. Different employees and different managers every time I came in for service. The last time I came in before leaving on vacation to get an oil change was the last straw. Left for my vacation and only 2,000 after my so called oil change, my check oil light came on. We pulled over right away to check the oil and low and behold we were a quart low and the oil was black. We found a place to get and oil change right away. When we returned from vacation, I went back to the service department to complain and the basically said there was nothing they could do. Never ever going back there again. They have lost me as a customer for life. More
Was not happy with my experience here. Salesmen made me laugh when asked what payment I could afford? This is a bad place to buy a car do your research and gain some knowledge. From the time Nick Bettle greeted my daughter and I inside the door the first time and the second time and then twice again when her dad came from Michigan to visit the dealership...he was extremely friendly, patient and personable. My daughter did not know her dad had met with Nick and we continued to look at other makes. We wanted to surprise her with the Hyundai and Nick was ALL IN. He set up the surprise and adorned the car with a bow, balloons & a Happy Birthday sign. I think he enjoyed it as much as we did. Go see Nick Bettle!! More

Safety is not a concern here I will start off mentioning that the salesman Paul was very cordial and friendly. Now I digress...we went to look at a used 2007 Honda Accord for our 17 year old son. I understand it was a $4500 car but let's get one thing straight...used or not the rear brakes should not be 3mm or less, and the right rear caliper should not be frozen. How do I know?...because the rotor had a rusted face whereas the other rotors were nice and shiny. The front brake pads were brand new....why not replace the rear brake pads?Secondly, the headlights were so badly hazed that during the test drive I had to keep asking if the lights were on. It may seem trivial but even the dome light was inoperable...I think that is a safety concern as well. In this day and age when you unlock doors you want to see the inside and make certain there's no one in the vehicle. A bulb is like what? 5 bucks at the very most. The Carfax said they inspected the vehicle...who inspected it? Stevie Wonder? The driver side wiper was shot, could not see through the freezing rain left behind every time it swiped. I understand it's an as-is vehicle but people are putting their kids behind the wheels of these type vehicles. You couldn't be bothered to spend less than $100 to fix these issues? That speaks volumes as to how much you really care about anything other than your bottom line. More
