Steven was especially a good teacher at the many new features of the vehicle that I was not accustomed to. I bought a car from your group 1999 (my last new car). It was a great experience. The sales person was great and what really impressed me was how professional and efficient the service department was. I have been sharing this opinion of your group for many years with many others. I did notice that more experienced staff refereed to Steven as "oh, he's new". I felt like Steven could have been given more support by his co-workers. I returned with the new vehicle a few days after I bought it to have car stained proof, a product I paid for. Steven took me downstairs and introduced me to the service department(nice). I was told it would take 2 hours. It took 4 hours but your company gave me a car that I could go downtown Akron and pick up my daughter. Nice move! When Someone works with me like this and I am able to get my needs met like this I am a happy customer. Just to let you know, I have bought cars from other dealers and it is the service department that fails in my experience. So good job to Steven and your service department. I have no complaints and only compliments! You financial person(sorry can't remember his name) was efficient, the female that was manager? who assessed my trade in. Awesome.
