I purchased a vehicle, they used it for their demo car for their employees to drive to/from work….you would think they would have noticed the volume knob on the radio being broken, put 1000 miles on it from when it came on their lot and not once disclosed that information. I think they were shady. I think they certainly ran the cost up because they really can't do that with brand new cars and its less profit in them to be honest, but these used cars .. watch out. I will stick to the VanDevere and Serra dealers. By far my best experience was with them. But maybe that's because I was buying brand new. Anyways Marhofer credit solutions people took advantage of my wife. She wanted the car so badly I just said " add me on as a cosigner." We get the car. They cheated her on the trade IMO. Then he tried to act like he was doing her a favor. Hahaha! I already knew what the value was. But anyway.... I was only really using it as an audition to see if I'm buying my next new car from them. NOPE!! I will be back at Serra or VanDevere. I told her they were gouging her. And she still wanted this car. It's nice asside from the wheel bearing I had to get fixed within 2 days. We were trying to help build her credit, but me saying I will cosign meant make me the primary to them I guess which I certainly didn't want. But I guess it is what it is now. Her payment is low. Well I guess my payment is low since they just added it into my Wells Fargo sign in. We live and learn. Luckily money isn't the issue. But I can't help feeling like I can't get their grime off of me. More
I worked with Jacob Orsich when buying my new to me vehicle from here. I was definitely wary since I was buying from Michigan remotely through their delivery option. Jacob was very professional and easy to work with. Considering this was a remote sale, I felt they did a good job with communication with me. When I asked about a (very) small paint imperfection I thought I saw in a video of the car, Jacob was very quick to not only address it but send it to their paint and repair department to make sure it was taken care of. I felt that showed a lot of accountability on their end and I really appreciate that. I was able to trade in my current vehicle which they were willing to negotiate to a price that I was satisfied with since I had a competing offer and they were able to secure me a loan with a very good interest rate. Overall I am very happy with my experience and was impressed with how thorough they were with any concerns I had. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for their next vehicle and can attest that their remote sales and delivery service is as good as or better than any dealership I have been to in person. The only thing I can think of that could have been improved from this sale was maybe a little more communication on when to expect to hear back on things. Jake was great at texting me as things were happening but maybe once or twice there were times when I wasn't sure exactly when I would hear back. Overall not a big issue though. More

Was there over 2-1/2 hours - Finance person, Marcus, seemed to want to play games/not upfront. Interest rate and extra warranties. He didnt give price of extra warranties, just showed different monthly payments. I was already fed up before that. Not sure who buys stuff without seeing the price. I didnt need to Finance the car, and have an excellent credit rating....dont need someone trying to play games with me. Left there mad enough that the 5 stars drop to a 1 star, have no plays of returning to buy from them again. More
Amy and Conner did an excellent job getting my mother and I into vehicles that were a fit for us. I recommend them to anyone. They never pressured us like other dealers do. Poor service, consistently. If you have all the time in the world to wait, then this is the place. If you like to pay outrageous amounts for service, this is the place for you. Initially, I simply thought it was the location so when I purchased another vehicle, I started going to the other location. It appears to be the culture of the company. Not a fan. More

I'm very satisfied with buyout service that Stacey provided throughout the process. Very quick response and accommodating. All documents sent out via mail and pick up right in front of our door.
