Wonderful Experience I had the perfect experience purchasing my new Sonata at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls. As a first time buyer I was very nervous and didn't k I had the perfect experience purchasing my new Sonata at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls. As a first time buyer I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. I was worried about feeling pushed and pressured into making a purchase. That is not the treatment I received though! The staff was all wonderful but I worked with Breanna Brunswick mainly through the process. She was absolutely wonderful and took the time to explain everything and make sure the car was a good fit for me. I also appreciate the extra effort that was made when I went to pick up the car a few days later. There it was in the lobby of the building with a large bow and a whiteboard sign out front with such a sweet message and "Just Married" decals on the windows. I walked right past the car at first because I did not expect anything so special as that (or for it to be inside the building)! My husband and I were so surprised and appreciative of that extra personal touch! More

Friendly I had a great experience here! I bonded with my sales women over her puppies before ever talking about cars. She tried to get to know me as a person b I had a great experience here! The prices were competitive with the market value. The one downside that almost made us reconsider Hyundai all together was the INSANELY high interest rate. 6% is extremely steep compared to every other dealership. More

The level of customer service I experienced at Ron Marhofer Hyundai of Cuyahoga Falls was outstanding--they met and exceeded my every expectation! :) The level of customer service I experienced at Ron Marhofer Hyundai of Cuyahoga Falls was outstanding--they met and exceeded my every expectation! :) I was not intending to buy a new car at this time in my life. However, an accident caused by an uninsured driver forced me into it when my car was totaled. The level of professional service I received from Joel Boston in the Collision Center set the tone for my purchase of another Hyundai Tucson. Joel put me in touch with Chris Pursley, who was easy to work with and knowledgable about the car I wanted. Chris Lumia worked hard to get me the best interest rate possible.
