Pros: Large inventory with good price range. Friendly salesman. Cons: Difficult finding help when we walked in. No greeting. Waited awhile until a salesman finally helped. Our car was supposed to be detailed and it really wasn’t. Dirty inside. Dirt on the headliner. Carmel in the rear console. The exterior had a layer of dirt and the hood had tar splatter on it. Took me over a hour to get it off. Rims were also very dirty. Ironically I had to purchase a $650 paint and interior sealant package. Not at all happy about that. Follow-up after purchase is lacking. Dealership lacks a personal touch. I’ve owned over 60 cars so I know great sales service and poor sales service. This experience would fall in the middle. More
