Chris provided an extremely accurate sanopsis of what I could expect from both options (used and new), but I proceeded to go through the used pricing process. Alex very patiently waited with us while we waited on the used vehicle pricing. After completing that, Alex walked back to the new dealership priceing point where Chris successfully quoted a price for a loan on a new vehicle. I had a wonderful experience! There were a couple scratches they missed at pickup but they quickly fixed them so I have no complaints. Overall an outstanding experience. More
