Doug was excellent to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Charles in the finance department was very upfront with all the details and did exactly as I asked without pushing me towards a specific lender. Waste of time Called to get bottom line pricing on stock ID H18248. They were trying to match prices with another vehicle I found on Autotrader.com. I was then transferred to Charles who is supposed to be the sales manager to see if they could get it down any more. Charles was useless to say the least. I had to repeat everything I already had stated to 2 other employees...over again. Charles's price was...wait for it...21,920...the website price. These people did nothing but chase their tails and waste my time. Not cool with someone who has a 22K check from the insurance company and was going to drive from Virginia and pay cash. If you want to get jerked around because they think you're an idiot woman...THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! If you have brain cells however, avoid at all costs. More
