Waste of time Called to get bottom line pricing on stock ID H18248. Spoke to Holly first who knew nothing, was then transferred to Doug who was while friendly...kne Called to get bottom line pricing on stock ID H18248. Spoke to Holly first who knew nothing, was then transferred to Doug who was while friendly...knew nothing and could answer nothing. The price Doug ended up getting the vehicle down to was 20,500. They were trying to match prices with another vehicle I found on Autotrader.com. I was then transferred to Charles who is supposed to be the sales manager to see if they could get it down any more. Charles was useless to say the least. I had to repeat everything I already had stated to 2 other employees...over again. Charles's price was...wait for it...21,920...the website price. These people did nothing but chase their tails and waste my time. Not cool with someone who has a 22K check from the insurance company and was going to drive from Virginia and pay cash. If you want to get jerked around because they think you're an idiot woman...THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! If you have brain cells however, avoid at all costs. More
