I contacted the dealership online and was emailed back right away by Katie Tucker. She was extremely friendly and set up a time for me to come in and work with Dale Burnside. Dale did a good job of going over the cars that I looked at and was very friendly. He was also nice enough to come in on his day off to help me. He understood that I wanted to find the best deal but still seemed shocked that I wanted to look at other places. I found it odd is that I had to go get gas in the car I was test driving with Dale. He did not talk very highly of the store's competition but I understand it's all in the business game. The thing that really turned me away was my experience with Fred Seeley. Dale brought him out to go over the numbers and he seemed completely dumbfounded when I wanted to look at other places. He had something smart to say after each sentence that I was able to get out. I would only recommend this dealer if you are looking for a Hyundai and would rather take a better deal over customer service. If you are coming up 77 from the south and you'd rather have a great customer service experience go to Waikem or if you can drive a bit further go to the Cuyahoga Falls location and they can get you the same deal with great customer service. They are not a fan of people who come in to just get numbers to compare to other dealers and make a good educated decision using pros and cons of each option. More
