The service department has been mediocre. It is hard to get a service advisor by phone, and the “service schedulers” have no automotive knowledge. Unlike Honda/Acura in which the maintenance minder tells you exactly what service is recommended, Hyundai simply says “maintenance recommended.” You are then at the mercy of the service advisor, who may or may not be familiar with your vehicle’s service history.
