My experience at Ron Marhofer. I recently purchased a Sonata from Mike Bell, who my father recommended, since he had purchased cars from him before. My dad told me that he felt com I recently purchased a Sonata from Mike Bell, who my father recommended, since he had purchased cars from him before. My dad told me that he felt comfortable with Mike, so I agreed to meet with him. I was first looking at the Elantra and had Mike show both of us different models. So, my father and I spent most of that day with Mike, having him show me many models of the Elantra. I then told him that I wasn't interested in buying that car and thanked him for all of his help. Then, I decided to look at the Sonata's. I currently owned a Honda Accord, and wanted to keep a similar size of a car. So, my father and I called Mike again, and asked him to show us a Sonata. I immediately fell in love with that car, and Mike graciously met us again and finalized a sale with us. I was impressed with Mike's patience and especially the deals that he was able to give us. ( My dad loves to haggle with a salesman, and that's one reason I like him to come with me to purchase a car!) I felt that Mike channeled his energy to make this sale more of a conversation focussing on my needs, rather than just a sale for him. He was very patient with us and worked diligently to please us.
