I personally dealt with Zach Shea who was very helpful throughout the process and ensured everything went smoothly. He did an awesome job. Dignity Cannot Be BOUGHT! - Dignity is CAUGHT! Putting my 'proverbial tail between my legs, bearing a sad tale, in 2013 - I returned to Marhofer's where I had over the years Leased 2 Sonatas. I ha Putting my 'proverbial tail between my legs, bearing a sad tale, in 2013 - I returned to Marhofer's where I had over the years Leased 2 Sonatas. I had meanwhile fallen prey to crooked business tactics at a dealership a few miles away, where I had Purchased an older vehicle with low miles and no rust, etc. Thinking the older car was favorably priced, I learned the hard way from a Blue Book I stumbled across - that I had been taken advantage of at the OTHER dealer and overcharged double - in the vicinity of $8,000. The OTHER dealer refused to take responsibility for my loss, which was sustained by way of THEIR Out-of-State Sales Campaign - crooked salesmen sitting at THEIR desks. Instead, I was on my own now, to bear this burden. Alone, remembering the Honesty and Integrity displayed at Marhofer's where I had Leased before, I went to them for counsel - what would they do if they were me? I was met there with Compassion, and, putting my cards on the table they offered to put me back in a Sonata and absorb the bad debt into a manageable payment over the remaining 3-1/2 years. It is Spring 2017, and I have just now paid off the 4-year debt and lived thru this crisis with my Trusted friends at Marhofer. As you can see, Dignity cannot be BOUGHT - Dignity is CAUGHT - at Marhofer Hyundai. More
