I will never purchase, or refer anyone to a Ron Marhofer store again. I have purchased a vehicle and I was employed for five years and was told multiple times by upper management I was one of the best at my job. they decreased my pay last year so I turned in my resignation. They called me three months later and asked me to come back. they offered more money and I turned it down, I countered and said I can only work four days a week. This was for multiple reasons one being the health of my family. At the time I had a lot of Doctor appts scheduled for my family from cancer testing to one of my kids being tested for deafness and autism. they agreed to the four day week and guaranteed pay for nine months. three months and ten days into the commitment a new supervisor came into my office on a Thursday and told me if I didn't start working a five day schedule starting on Monday I was fired at the end of the day I said I cant and was terminated. At the time of the meeting my son was at the hospital being tested to see if he was partially deaf since he had failed his last four hearing tests and other testing was the following week. I was informed insurance was canceled that day and currently they are refusing to give me my last paycheck. they are saying since I didn't finish the month they are not obligated to pay me what they promised. If you have a family or kids this is how they treat long term employees just imagine how they will treat the guests they say they value. I have tried to call Chris Marhofer 5 times left 2 voicemails and sent a text asking for my last check he will not respond. This is after I contacted HR multiple times More
I recently purchased a new car from Marhofer Hyundai in Green, Ohio. I then decided to do a Oil consumption test and engine relacement done at this dealership. Unfortunately, I was misled and lied to throu Green, Ohio. I then decided to do a Oil consumption test and engine relacement done at this dealership. Unfortunately, I was misled and lied to throughout the process. The service department was so disorganized that I could never get a hold of anyone when calling. I ended up having to send several emails to try and get answers from Chris Shaubert, He gets an A+ in xx. I requested that they do a diagnostic test and multi-point inspection prior to the engine replacement and to inform me of the results of those tests. Not only did I not hear back regarding those tests, but they went ahead and replaced the engine without my authorization. I never even signed anything and had no idea of the costs to me until the morning my car was ready to be picked up. I'm not sure if they even did a multi-point test. The tire pressure on all tires were marked at 35, but two of them were low at 28 and 25. It was checked off as all lights working, but there was a headlight out. Those were minor things, but if they can't do the small things correctly, how can you trust them to do more important repairs? I felt misled and lied to throughout the process and was told different things from different people, including Hyundai customer care. Steer clear of this dealership! More
2023 Sante Fe under warranty. Rattle in the steering column, in dash or under the hood. Told me 2 1/2 hours to diagnose. 4 1/2 hours later, couldn't find the rattle yet charged me Rattle in the steering column, in dash or under the hood. Do not get your car serviced here. Service manager and techs are a joke. Wrong oil put in my car and multi point inspection was not done. I was nervous about the whole buying process. I don’t like to feel pressured and have heard horror stories about car salespeople. I had an appt with Kevin and he was very easygoing and answered all of our questions. We were there on a busy Sat and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all as I was deciding what car I wanted. The manager took the time to come over and introduce himself and thank us for coming. Todd took care of our financing and took the time to explain everything clearly and find the best deal for us. He was not pushy at all and made sure we were happy with the terms. The whole team made our experience pleasant and took away my anxiety. I’d happily recommend Marhoffer Hyundai of Green and their sales & finance team! More
I cannot tell you how happy and satisfied I was at this dealership. These are the These are the nicest people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with to buy a car. Josh went out of his way to get dealership. These are the These are the nicest people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with to buy a car. Josh went out of his way to get me in the car I wanted. The Finance guy was a peach where "no" wasn't in his vocabulary. The GM was a huge help and inked the deal and made me so comforable that I finally relaxed. I would do it again in a heartbeat. More
