When we got married, he introduced me to Marcus in sales. I admit, I was skeptical of all the things my husband told me about Marcus and this dealership. It sounded too good to be true, especially considering some of my previous experiences. My skepticism flew out the window quickly. The people here are friendly and seem genuinely happy to help you. They don't over-price just to negotiate down. In fact, there is no negotiation needed. Their cars are priced fairly to start with, and they show you how they arrived at that number using respected unbiased sources. There's no "let me talk to my sales manager" stuff here. It's all very straight-forward. Marcus will be honest with the differences between different cars and will get you into the right car for you. Even the financing aspect was pleasant. Tristan was great to work with and made the process easy and understandable. This place truly offers customer-based service. More

Steve Richards has been my salesman since 2003 and will remain so as long as he works there. The service staff has been EXEMPLARY. We bought a 2000 Saturn from a private party and thought it would be a good idea to take it to a dealership for a once-over and to fix the items we already knew it needed. Big MISTAKE! They gave us a list o it would be a good idea to take it to a dealership for a once-over and to fix the items we already knew it needed. Big MISTAKE! They gave us a list of over $3500 worth of repairs they said it needed. We paid $900 for the one repair and the inspection. 30 minutes after leaving the car died - from the same thing we just paid them to fix. Upon calling them they refused to help us and told us it was the alternator NOT what they just fixed. They were rude and unwilling to take responsibility. The woman in the repair department was incredibly rude. (We cant remember her name but think it began with an 'A') We then took it to a reputable garage and had there shoddy work corrected. We also had the guy look over the list they gave us and he fixed everything for under $1500. Our car is now like new. Customers BEWARE and BE AWARE!!! Do NOT trust these people. If we can prevent someone else from having to be treated the way we were we will be happy. More
