I had the pleasure of working with Cliff Koloski and Chris Leon of Ron Lewis Automotive Group (724-776-7400). In the past I always purchased new cars only. The thought of a used car made me nervous. However, the team at Ron Lewis Automotive has changed my mind. This is the second jeep I have purchased in the last 6 months. (one for my daughter and now one for me) Both cars had low miles and a great price. I am not worried about the fact that they are used cars because they both are solid cars with one previous owner - clean car fax - regular maintenance. I feel comforted that I purchased both Jeeps from a trustworthy source. The folks (everyone from sales, to finance and to the fellows who cleaned the car) at Ron Lewis Automotive Group made my car buying experience fun. Unlike my minivan that was only purchased because it seats 7 - I do like this Jeep and enjoy driving it. It rides nicely, looks good and has a bunch of added features such as heated seats, blue tooth, and a backup camera and more. More

What a great purchasing experience we had with Chris and Paul. We met Paul at the Pittsburgh Auto Show and what was perfect he was there representing Ron Lewis Automotive where we wanted to purchase the Ste Paul. We met Paul at the Pittsburgh Auto Show and what was perfect he was there representing Ron Lewis Automotive where we wanted to purchase the Stelvio. He had Chris Leon set up for a test drive and actually gave us the SUV for a day to see what we thought. Well we were sold and what I appreciated was how they made the numbers work from the get go. We decided on another Stelvio because of the option package they had in their inventory. When I went in to pick it up Chris went over the Stelvio while the final papers were being drafted up. I had a great experience with salesman Chris L!!! Chris was super. He was very up front on honest. No wasted time on his part or the sales manager. Service is terrible! Bought a 2015 Chevy Colorado in October and now have less than 5000 miles on it. The front brakes started knocking a few weeks ago and last week I too Bought a 2015 Chevy Colorado in October and now have less than 5000 miles on it. The front brakes started knocking a few weeks ago and last week I took it in to have it fixed. I figured there would be no problem since I was pressured into buying a warranty for $2500. I was quite wrong! They checked the brakes and informed me it would be around $1000 to fix it as it needed new rotors and pads. Fine....I told the guy about my warranty and he smiled and said the warranty did not cover brakes! I had the truck less than 5 months and less than 5000 miles and the dealership where I bought the truck will not stand by it and cover the job?!! Oh yeah, they then gave me a discounted $40 charge to put it all back together!!! Seems like a fly-by-night organization. I would keep away from them if I was in the market again. RIP OFF. More
