I recently purchased my 2nd kia from you guys. The day I picked up the car I was told that they were going to install a new windshield due to a chip, schedule me for TST application, and let me know when I picked up the car I was told that they were going to install a new windshield due to a chip, schedule me for TST application, and let me know when I could pick up my spare keys because the previous owner, one of your employees still had them. I live an hr away so I asked if we could do it all in one visit so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips. I purchased the car August 14th, windshield and TST was completed on September 16th, but no spare keys. I've messaged and emailed the salesman several times with not even a reply. Very frustrating. I've even asked in message if he could just mail to me to save me the trip and no response. It's crazy how when purchasing the car he replied to any text or email almost immediately but now I get nothing. More
