I own a 2016 Grand Cherokee Overland Jeep and John Gauden and Jeff Fite are always there to help me with anything I do not understand about my car. For example my key fobs were not working and John showed m and Jeff Fite are always there to help me with anything I do not understand about my car. For example my key fobs were not working and John showed me which batteries to purchase and he even changed them for me! Jeff trained me how to change the setting to miles from kilometers. Although these are small things they continue to maintain the confidence I have in the two of them. Any services they recommend I have because their recommendations maintained my last jeep for 13 years! More

I recently took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service just for a check up before my warranty expired, and i have to say i have never been treated better by a Dealership. The quality of customer service and repair is top notch. I Always deal with John Gauden, and his level of knowledge and consideration for his customers goes beyond what i have experienced in the past from other garages and dealerships. Since my warranty expires in less than 400 miles i could probably take my Jeep somewhere else for service and most likely pay less, but i will continue to go to John and this dealership for all my Jeep needs. I may even purchase another warranty. My Jeep is always spotless when i get it back, i feel confident that my Jeep is in perfect mechanical condition, and I've been treated like someone important. A customer could not ask for more. More
