I came in because my radio screen was blank.When you I came in because my radio screen was blank. When you looked at it you said it was turned off which I did not do. You then said there was a update a I came in because my radio screen was blank. When you looked at it you said it was turned off which I did not do. You then said there was a update available which when you did it the tough screen no longer worker and the radio had to be replaced and it will take a week to 10 days. I’ve recently moved to the area. I’ve had 2 oil changes done here and both experiences were awful. 1st one was on a Saturday morning and I was told I should try to come during the week as his staff was bus done here and both experiences were awful. 1st one was on a Saturday morning and I was told I should try to come during the week as his staff was busy. Well at the time I worked 8-4 M-F. Today I made an appointment on my day off for a simple oil change. Appointment was for 1 and it’s now after 2 I’m still waiting for my vehicle.
