Service GOOd but not GREAT because I had notified the salesman by phone that I was coming to see the specific vehicle in 1-1 1/2 hours but they did not have it ready for me to see and drive. Had to wait about 20 minutes while snow/ice cleaned off. Quality of work just OK because they had previously put in a new battery in the car which made it so the sound and navigation system had to be reactivated before it would work. I was told to go to a Honda dealership to have that done. I did and found out that the codes were in the existing paperwork in the glove box and we could have done it without going to a dealership. When the battery was changed you would think the service worker would have taken care of the situation before they put it out on the lot to sell. Overall a smooth buying process and a very good price. Things mentioned above prevented it from being overall GREAT. More

Now i live far away too and never have time to make this appt so I barely have time to take this in, in general and my brakes are making a horrible grinding sound ( this was what they were supposed to check in the first place!!! along with other things) Now what do I do, keep driving until they go out and i sue? I may as well, ill never get another car here again! More

I had a run in with a deer and a friend recommended the Body Shop at Pleasant Hills Chrysler. The Body work was done like new, but the great thing was that they had their detailer (Ron) clean it up. The whole car looked as good as the newly painted area. He even put new car plastic mats on my floor and the trunk! I will be back just for the details. BTW---There is a service writer named DAVE who was a jerk. When He found out I was looking for the Body Shop he acted like I was never there. If anyone would go in for service I would go the the younger guy there with him. The sales staff was also looking at me like a piece of meat. I guess they were too stupid to think I couldn't see their reflections in the door glass! Stay with the Body Shop and Detail and you will be fine. Stay away from the rest of the Dealership. More
