service department Had my Jeep Commander inspected their 5 weeks ago explaining there was a knocking in the front of the vehicle and to check the brakes. I was told suspension was good and brakes where good. Five weeks later the knocking gets extremely worse and take it in to which Don says I need brakes and rotors in the front we tell him to do it. Puck it up the next to be told by Don it was test driven and everything is good and I get less than a mile and it is worse than before. I was lied to and was told that the old parts would be put I'm the back which they were not. Don was rude and blamed it all on the techs and preceded to tell me his job was not to make sure the work was done properly but to just relay info. Never again. More

I Should Have Heeded the Warnings About PH Ron Lewis Long story short: 1. PHCJ sold me a Jeep where the breaks rusted out completely 7 months later (with only 28,000 miles on it). 2. The GM of Use Long story short: 1. PHCJ sold me a Jeep where the breaks rusted out completely 7 months later (with only 28,000 miles on it). 2. The GM of Used Cars and the Customer Service Manager were very unprofessional in their dealings with me when I tried to resolve the issue. - Never returned calls - Unprofessional in their conversations - Rude - Had no desire to help resolve the situation - Misrepresented the vehicle when they sold it to me - Jeep should never have passed inspection. Multiple mechanics informed me that good mechanics would only pass a vehicle with break-lines that would last a year to a year-and-a-half. This place sold me a Jeep where the break-lines lasted only 7 months. - They blamed its rusting through on salt from the roads (but another Jeep Dealer said that a car would have to sit in a salt bath for hours for that to cause a complete erosion). - Cost me $1200 and I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER AGAIN. Long story: I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Pleasant Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Upon the sale, the salesmen assured me and reassured me that the rust under the Jeep was only surface rust and that such surface rust would not cause issues. They said that it can simply be brushed off with a wire brush and that the integrity of the vehicle was not compromised in any way. However, just 7 months later (with only 28,000 miles on it, mind you) my break-line rusted through and I lost my breaks driving to work. I had it towed to the dealer who fixed it (although their labor charges are incredibly inflated, that is to be expected with any commercial dealer), I agreed to pay because I need to drive my car to work. After multiple calls with the GM of Used Cars (who RARELY answered my calls or called back), I decided to stop in for a visit. He began by taking me outside (in order to keep me from making a fuss in front of customers) and started off with typical salesman chatter. When I finally got to the heart of the matter, he said "he'd look into some options" and that'd he call me in a few days. I gave him two weeks, NO CALL (per the usual). The following weeks went like this: I called multiple times per week, they NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. The Customer Service Manager called me when I informed the GM that I would be taking them to the MAGISTRATE, but that went the same way until he was very unprofessional by the end of our conversations. They misrepresented the vehicle when they sold it to me saying that it was only surface rust but it rusted through in too little of time. It never should have passed inspection. It never should have rusted through in 7 months. A good dealer would fix it in order to keep a customer who would otherwise take 3 cars to them to be fixed. Now, I will never return there and will do everything in my power to make sure nobody else goes there to buy or for repairs. More

I started over the internet with Kevin Kline who was working behind the scenes to get me a comparable price to a vehicle I had located at another dealership and had everything set up before I walked in the door.....he was extremely personable and easy to work with. When I showed up at the dealership I was immediately greeted by Jim manus and took me for a test drive. Even though we hadn't nailed down a price I was told we could get fairly close to the number the other dealership had quoted me and just had to see what incentives I was eligible for. Initially we were a bit off and that's when Bill Hart came into the picture. I would also like to say Bill is a very personable upfront and truthfully guy. He showed me the invoice and took the time to show me the break down of my quote and also gave me a fair deal on my trade in. I also switched out some rims and tires which is a long story but to some it up my old after market lug nuts didn't fit and they went the extra mile to find them and even delivered my truck to my house with a full tank of gas. If you are looking for a vehicle and are in the south hills I would strongly urge you to give these guys a shot whether online or in the dealership. Again a BIG thank you to Kevin Bill and Jim you guys earned my business and loyalty and I will be back for future purchases. You are all genuine gentlemen. Tim More
