I talked to several dealers in the area about what I was looking for a majority of the dealers said upfront that they would only be willing to give $500.00 off the sticker if Chrysler happens to be running a promotion. One dealership (Monroeville) actually said that the Jeeps are expensive and suggested I look at their used, before I even looked at or discussed what I was looking for in a Wrangler. I exited and never returned. The Cranberry Dealership and Salesman Greg Lutz were excellent. Greg listened to what I was looking for and showed me a selection of several Wranglers. We test drove the Wrangler Unlimited and the Wrangler as I was on the fence as to which one I really wanted. We made the decision to go with a 2013 Moab. Greg and the dealership worked with me and I was extremely happy with the purchase. While cleaning the vehicle the detailer noticed a scuff in the paint and a little scuff on the black fender and brought it to Greg’s attention. Greg arranged for the scuff to be repaired. The spot was repainted and the fender was replaced. I also was given a loaner car while the repair was going on. We purchased the Jeep 5/11/2013 and have had it for 2 months. We took it for a trip to upstate New York. So far the Jeep is Great, would definitely recommend Cranberry Jeep Dealership and Greg Lutz. They made the purchase easy, pleasant and ensured all was right. More
Nick & Gabe were very pleasant to deal with and very professional. I drove onto the lot in a $500.00 "beater" and Nick did not look down and think "this guy is wasting my time" as other dealerships h professional. I drove onto the lot in a $500.00 "beater" and Nick did not look down and think "this guy is wasting my time" as other dealerships have. In your business I realize that you have people that you assume are not going to purchase a car and are just "wasting your time" by testing driving and looking at cars that they have no intentions of purchasing. Nick did not treat me in that manner form the first word and was a great help through-out the entire process. He was quick with his search on the vehicle that I was looking for. Gabe was very pleasant as well, looking for the best possible APR that he could find and getting my payments were I wanted them to be. He was very professional with the blemishes on my credit report and helped me resolve them quickly. I would refer your dealership, especially Nick & Gabe to anyone. Thank you for giving me a great Jeep with an awesome buying experience. More

The ignition switch on my new Dodge Dart was broken. I called Monday around 8am for service. Advised to have it towed in. She said she may or may not be able to have it fixed that day. I asked about a loa called Monday around 8am for service. Advised to have it towed in. She said she may or may not be able to have it fixed that day. I asked about a loaner. She said there were none at the moment but one was due back in and she would call me. Right before the tow truck finally showed up, to my utter amazement, she actually called with a loaner car available. I was shocked! A few months ago I had taken my wife's Jeep in for warranty work and that experience was totally different and made me very apprehensive in wanting to return for service. That was a totally different service person. Kate was extremely courteous and understanding. As it turned out, the tow truck driver played with the ignition switch and got it to work. I did drive the car out, but it was working fine, so Kate and I did not have anyone look at. I would highly recommend Kate!. More
Although the dealership was pretty busy and I ended up being there longer than expected due to the holiday, the experience was still probably the best I've had at buying a car so far. The staff answered being there longer than expected due to the holiday, the experience was still probably the best I've had at buying a car so far. The staff answered any questions I had without hesitation and even answered some questions that other dealerships would not. They were informative and accommodating and I will definitely recommend them to friends/family. More
I had complained a few weeks ago about an issue. I was contacted by the General Manager, but missed the call. i have spent the last almost week now trying to reach him again. Each time I call I am told he contacted by the General Manager, but missed the call. i have spent the last almost week now trying to reach him again. Each time I call I am told he is either out of the building or not working on that day. I have left my name and number and also my email address. More
Salesperson told me he could not offer more for my trade because it had been wrecked and repaired. Dealership is selling it with a clean car fax. Not happy, should have went with my instinct and walked out! because it had been wrecked and repaired. Dealership is selling it with a clean car fax. Not happy, should have went with my instinct and walked out! But now I know in the future not to deal with Cranberry Dodge. Dishonesty is unappealing!! More

I’ve been a customer of theirs over the past few years as they’ve serviced my car for its annual state inspection. Unfortunately I’ve found their performance to be increasingly unsatisfactory as their level they’ve serviced my car for its annual state inspection. Unfortunately I’ve found their performance to be increasingly unsatisfactory as their level of service has continued to deteriorate with each and every visit to their garage. Their repairs ALWAYS take longer than what they say and I’ve had to return my car to their shop (immediately after service) TWICE because of an issue. The first issue was when they informed me that my car was leaking oil (although I never saw evidence of an oil leak on the ground). After authorizing the repairs to fix the “leak” my car did in fact start leaking oil on my garage floor days after being serviced. I returned it to the dealership where they fixed it again (free of charge), however the oil on the garage floor re-appeared after about a week. The second time I was having “preventive maintenance” performed during my annual state inspection, and part of this maintenance included changing the differential fluid. After a few days I noticed differential fluid on the floor of my garage in the rear of my vehicle. Once again, I had to take my car back to the dealership for them to repair the leak. Fortunately, the leak did not resurface a second time (unlike the oil leak). Lastly, (during my most recent annual visit last week) I had my car in for the usual inspection and emission. Two days after bringing it home the check engine light came on. This week I’ll be using my ODBC scanner to scan the error codes to see what is going on. At the time of this writing I cannot (without 100% certainty) blame the dealership for this last problem, however I find it very ironic that my vehicle passed emissions two days prior to the check engine light coming on. In closing, I’m not happy with this dealership at all. They will definitely be hearing from me (yet again) if I determine the check engine light was triggered for anything they serviced during my last visit. I’m a person who always tries to work through issues and resolve them without “jumping ship”. However, I find myself at a crossroads and am seriously considering finding another garage to service my car. More
