I was visiting the dealership on October 1st. to have my 2011 Jeep/Compass inspected. I wandered over to the Sales Floor to "look around", and was pleasantly greeted by Professional Sales & Leasing Consult 2011 Jeep/Compass inspected. It was not my intention to leave there with a new vehicle- I didn't need one (I was merely doing a little "window shopping" to kill some time), but that is exactly what I did; I left with a new vehicle and a new friend! Paul was a real pleasure to work with; very friendly, genuinely sincere (not at all "pushy" or overbearing), knowledgeable, and committed to doing everything in his power to make THE Best Deal. Ok possible the worse service I've ever dealt with in my life! I have yet to meet someone in service that sounds interested in my problem, let alone greets you with a smiling face, or even try's to help my life! I called to see if something was covered under a warranty. I told her the problem gave a list of the parts we replace and told her the part was in the transmission and what the part does in the transmission (so sorry I did not have the name of the part) All I got was a response, "I need more information" then she proceeded to read me what is covered in all "mechanical slang" that I had no idea what she was saying. Then she tells me if the part is a sensor it is not covered. After reviewing more details about the part I called back with the actual name which I'm sure she knew. I'm then told they cannot tell me if any parts are covered and I need to bring it in for a diagnosis that yes costs $$$$$94 for an hr!!!!! I laughed uncontrollably then was told even if the part is covered it still needs to be approved by the manager. The biggest joke ever and considering I have multiple other problems with their service, I wish I never purchased a vehicle there. More

This is the second Grand Cherokee I've purchased at this dealership and I had a pretty good experience both times (the vehicles themselves have been outstanding with no problems or items to fix). It's important to note that both times I went to the dealership armed with extensive research from online sources about which vehicle I wanted, what options I wanted, how much it was worth, and how much my trade-in was worth. I'm not sure my experiences would have been as nice if I had not done my homework first (meaning the bargaining and purchase process would have taken even longer than the hours it did and I don't think I would have gotten the same deal). The experience with the initial sales rep, Paul, was excellent! He came across as genuinely caring about finding me the vehicle I wanted, while not pushing me to buy options or a vehicle I did not want or need (I wanted the six cylinder and he didn't try to push me to buy the eight). More
