We were hesitant to ever lease a car again because it was such a bad experience. In 2020, we drove up to Ron Lewis Jeep in Cranberry were we met Mark Ghobryal, who we now refer to as "304 Mark". We had no doubt that we found the perfect person to help us with our next car (we just completed our 2nd lease with Mark). You have to meet Mark. He's not like any other car sales person. He's actually honest, extremely personable, incredibly positive, not grimey, and just all around a one of a kind person. Let's face it, most of us hate the car buying process. Mark makes the car buying/leasing experience a 10/10. One day I hope they make him President of Ron Jeep Lewis, heck I'd even vote for him for President of the U.S. Long story short, if you want the best car buying/leasing experience ever, find Mark Ghobryal. Thanks again for everything Mark, the new Jeep is incredible and we greatly appreciate you!! (Ron Lewis: If you are reading this, you have one of the best employees ever. Make sure you take good care of him) Thanks again, Brian and Jamie More

But when I had an emergency and my Renegade would not shut off, I called Nick from the service department. He was not able to help me and said he would do some research and call me back, which he never did. I called him and left 2 desperate messages and I still never heard from him. This is very poor customer service. I felt he didn't want to be bothered with a frantic old lady. More
The sales is great ! No problems there but the mechanics and manager of the mechanics are lousy ! They put in the wrong part and when my husband decided to confront them on it this giant man decided it best to try to degrade my husband and treated him like he was a child . We spent a boatload of money on this vehicle and we only had it in for a recall . It was nothing but disrespect that he received from everyone that he dealt with in the repair area . Bc of this we will now find another Jeep dealer to do our repairs . We may still buy cars from there bc our salesman was fantastic but as for repairs … NOPE. More
Took my truck in for recall work, they broke a part (they covered) but I was out a vehicle for 3 days over $120 in Uber fees to get to work, then they broke another part & refused to pay for it & I'm now out covered) but I was out a vehicle for 3 days over $120 in Uber fees to get to work, then they broke another part & refused to pay for it & I'm now out almost $250. I was told fine then get it towed out of here & have it fixed somewhere else. I am furious & will never go there again! This is no way to run a business or treat a customer 🤬 More

While traveling home to NY my 2019 Jeep Cherokee had a major engine failure blown motor. The breakdown happened on July 11, 2022 - 91 degrees outside and 2 1/2 hours along side of the highway waiting for major engine failure blown motor. The breakdown happened on July 11, 2022 - 91 degrees outside and 2 1/2 hours along side of the highway waiting for a Triple A tow truck. I had my Jeep towed to Ron Lewis Jeep and was greeted by Kate Horne - service advisor around 3:30 PM. Kate offered my wife and I a cold drink and she was very accommodating to us both. I told Kate we were on our way home to NY and was in need of transportation home. Kate was very helpful providing info for local car rental companies and provide us with a shuttle to pick up a rental vehicle. Kate stayed in constant contact with me from start to finish of the motor replacement. I greatly appreciate everything Kate and her team did to get us back on the road. More
Mark Ghobryal was absolutely wonderful in assisting us with the purchase of our Jeep Gladiator. He was very attentive and helpful in assuring that we got everything that we wanted in our new vehicle. Hi with the purchase of our Jeep Gladiator. He was very attentive and helpful in assuring that we got everything that we wanted in our new vehicle. His customer service was above and beyond, and made the car buying experience extremely pleasant and easy. Dave in finance was very thorough and upfront, really going the extra mile in explaining everything thoroughly. Dave made it very easy to understand what was in front of us, and what we were signing. Thank you both so much for a wonderful experience, and we absolutely love our new jeep. We will back to this dealership for service and a future repeat vehicle purchase. Thank you! More

The quoted price, $59.95,was lower than the other places I called. After confirming the price I scheduled the appointment. Upon completion of the oil change the the price was double what I was quoted. I was offered a $15 discount, however that does not negate the mistake. More
