He guided me through an array of vehicles to find me the most affordable choice for my budget. I purchased a 2019 Wrangler Sport and am looking forward to adding details ,like running boards etc in the future.Mark made the experience as pleasant as possible, and continued with follow up phone calls to make sure I was happy with my vehicle.I have purchased 6 Jeeps at this location and would definitely recommend Mark and the team that supports him there. His finance manager, his parts specialist, and the gentleman who assesses the trade in value. My saleswoman was Christy Engle, and she made my experience on the day of purchase good. My disappointment with Ron Lewis as a whole comes in the week after my purchase. I noticed a dent in my rear bumper that appeared to be a minor damage. Knowing I didn't back into anything, I assumed either this dent was present at the time of purchase and I didn't notice or someone backed into me (much more likely). My insurance representative recommended I call my dealership to see if they would offer to fix this for free (as many dealers would do), since I had just purchased the vehicle only 3 days ago. I was put in contact with Dan Trovey, a sales manager, who was professional on the phone but did tell me that my bumper-to-bumper warranty did not cover "incidental damages" such as this. Although disappointed that Ron Lewis would not offer this courtesy to fix my bumper, I understood what he explained. The worst experience I have ever had with a businessperson came a few days later. After writing an e-mail to Ron Lewis to express my disappointment following my purchase (as my insurance rep recommended I do), I was called by one of the higher-up general managers Justin Serle (not sure of last name spelling). Rather than approaching me in a professional, courteous manner, Justin talked to me like he was a disciplinarian, and even raised his voice excessively to me throughout the call. He shamed me for even having the thought that Ron Lewis might fix this dent for free and made comparisons to my professional career in medicine (which he is not qualified to discuss). He said "If I had a surgical procedure and asked for all my money back afterwards, would you just give it to me?" - which is not even an accurate comparison at all, and is also disrespectful towards my career. As he kept raising his voice and yelling at me on the phone, I responded that I would be writing an online review of my disappointing experience with him. His response to that was that that made him "sick to his stomach" and that it would be "a shame" - so now he proceeded to shaming me for using my right to write a review online after a bad experience. This phone call went on for about 15 minutes and was filled with cruel remarks by Justin and complete unprofessionalism. I have never experienced such treatment from ANYONE, let alone someone I have given a lot of business to (in purchasing a new vehicle). I would NOT recommend Ron Lewis to anyone, not because the car buying process is unfair, but because the follow-up after purchase and the lack of courtesy of staff is abysmal. Justin was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional, and he had zero communication skills and no idea of what good customer service entails. More

I was on hold for 20 minutes so I finally hung up. Called back and got receptionist. I told her about not getting anybody in service. She took my phone number and said service would call me back. I never heard back from them. I called 2 days later and was on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up frustrated. I've taken my other cars there and their service is getting progressively slower each time. I'll never go back there again and will never recommend Ron Lewis to anybody. More

Simple and great To start off the people there were all super nice and easy to work with, helped with my trade in and the price of the vehicle I was buying. The truck To start off the people there were all super nice and easy to work with, helped with my trade in and the price of the vehicle I was buying. The truck I was getting had a hiccup with the previous owner wanting something off the truck. But they solved the issue to MY Benifit. Made sure I was a happy customer and got what I wanted. A lot of places won’t do that and for that I couldn’t thank them enough! They didn’t look at me as a young 20 year old who just wants to test drive random things. They took me serious and gave me a deal. Thank you Paul Engle and every one else who helped! (Horrible at remembering names) More

They talk to you like you don’t understand anything, steal your keys so you can’t leave and then make unrealistic offers that are extremely overpriced. I went and got the deal I wanted at a competitor for much much less than what Ron Lewis was attempting to offer me for the exact same car. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
Consistently Terrible Service - NEVER AGAIN! I have been going to this service center for years because they are conveniently located for me. I have never really had a good experience, but nothin I have been going to this service center for years because they are conveniently located for me. I have never really had a good experience, but nothing that I felt the need to complain about. That all changed today. I have never in my life been treated so poorly and disrespectfully. I will NEVER be coming back to any Ron Lewis location EVER AGAIN! They were rude, arrogant, snippy and just downright nasty. I am willing to forgive a bad experience here and there, especially when there are some good ones to counterbalance, but when every interaction is bad and then I am treated as poorly as I was today, I am at a loss. If I could give negative starts, I would. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! More
Very Pushy and Dodgy This is in regards to the Ron Lewis dealership in Pleasant Hills, but I can't imagine they are all that different. My wife and I had just started This is in regards to the Ron Lewis dealership in Pleasant Hills, but I can't imagine they are all that different. My wife and I had just started our search for a new car for her that day. She had been researching vehicles and what she liked and didn't like and she was pretty sure she wanted a Cherokee Limited. So through an Internet car search and some advertised prices, we found Ron Lewis Jeep and decided to go there. Here is where the fun begins. First of all, the prices they put on their website is definitely NOT the price you will get. That is with ALL the possible rebates figured in, military, retired veteran, etc....deceiving. So the first person we meet is a salesman, and we proceed to tell him what we are looking for. He starts suggesting leases and we said we are really interested in buying but that we would keep our minds open to all options. The next thing we know we are inside, sitting at a desk, he is making copies of our license, going over financing, and then he starts talking about leasing options. We asked about the price negotiation of the Jeep limited prices and he says he is not authorized to talk about price options, only the sales manager can do that; perfectly understandable. As we are sitting at Al's desk, over comes the sales manager and he starts to "dazzle" us with all this lease talk and what a great deal it is. He is pushing this lease business very hard. If he's pushing it that hard, believe me, it is a great deal for them, and not the customer. We kept asking him to go over the numbers for financing, which he kept avoiding and just wanted to talk about this leasing and how he has a degree in financing from Clemson.......good grief. Anyway, we told them that we need to SLOW DOWN and explained that we hadn't even driven one yet. So we take one out for a test drive, and my wife really liked it. So back we are at the sales desk and the lease pushing starts again. My wife and I tried to keep saying we were not buying a car that day, but I know what they are up to with this, they are getting people to look at the monthly payment. That's the bottom line. Again, never did get our financing questions answered about how much the vehicle was going to cost, what might be the interest rate, for how many years and monthly payment. I don't have a degree in finance but I can add, subtract, multiply and divide and that's all you need to know really. But they were determined to sell us a car that day no matter what and that, according to them, leasing is the way to go! In summary, I found these guys very, very, very pushy and really not interested in our needs as customers and what might work best for us. More
