At my former dealership, the front wheel wells were vacuumed out as part of an oil change, and I was able to use a loaner vehicle even for an oil change if I needed to. Also, their waiting room wasn’t vacuumed out as part of an oil change, and I was able to use a loaner vehicle even for an oil change if I needed to. Also, their waiting room wasn’t in the showroom.
