Finally a dealer that listens to what you want, responds quickly and actually helps to make things happen by providing excellent customer service. Made an appointment, they were helpful right from the sta quickly and actually helps to make things happen by providing excellent customer service. Made an appointment, they were helpful right from the start, got us the truck we wanted at the price and lease payments we wanted - delivered the truck to us the next day! Come on - that just doesn't happen. OK they were so responsive I also traded in my car (had no intention of doing that) but saw a couple cars I liked so I test drove them and they just made it so non stressful and easy! They delivered my new Equinox the next day. Mike Duquette is the best, Tyler was great, efficient, didn't waste our time. Thank you guys I would recommend you all day long. Best car experience I've had in 30 years. More

There are several reasons why I’m giving this one star, but the biggest is that even after our nightmare of an experience and $2,254 later and the problem not being solved, the service manager lied to our but the biggest is that even after our nightmare of an experience and $2,254 later and the problem not being solved, the service manager lied to our faces every chance he could get regarding conversations between himself and GM. (turbo started underboosting at less than 50,000 miles and then blew my engine at 83,000 miles and I obviously needed an oil change just by looking at the oil as well as according to the message that had popped onto my screen 2 days before, “oil change,” which they did not do. They installed a brand new turbo and rebuilt my engine and then ran old, dirty oil through it- superior mechanic work). He claimed to have never heard from GM and yet GM’s representative was quoting him during our conversations and trying to figure out what was going on. Imagine trying to resolve an issue for an entire month and just having your GM executive say “no, he’s lying” and the service manager say “no, she’s lying” - you’ve got to do some detective work. Well, I did. I started taking notes of discrepancies and noticed how some days he would slip up and know details about our case, other days he could only come up with “you’re lying” rather than just doing his job. I found several other reviews on Ron Currier’s website where customers have had the same exact experience with him as we did. Some background on us quickly, I’ve been to 45 states with General Tire Racing, and during these business trip dinners with corporate, we would discuss the logistics of how the racing event went, as we were the main sponsor, so a stellar reputation was necessary. We discussed turnouts, how to increase foot traffic, how people responded to our products, etc. We would then compile all of that data and track it and compare it to all of our other events in different states and regions as well as in previous years. I broke records for GTR and their CEO thanked me personally for such a great season. In addition to my marketing job, I was also the lead tour manager and had to train a new team of brand ambassadors to properly represent our company, every 4 days between events and make sure that they knew how to stand, what to say, and that they could answer consumers’ questions honestly and efficiently. I know business. I am a licensed nurse’s assistant in 2 states and am now a licensed behavioral health worker for children with special needs. I know empathy, compassion and patience. My boyfriend is a veteran of 10 years, has two Masters degrees in biochemistry and engineering and has traveled extensively for volunteer work to assist countries with the development of medical devices on the continents of Asia, Europe, Africa and South & North America. He knows all about it honesty, integrity and what it means to represent your company on a global stage, not just in Somersworth. With that being said, we have never experienced such blatant swindling and misconduct from any one individual, bordering criminal, to quote NH Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Bureau. Just a general rule of thumb, lying is when you blatantly make things up, like that “you’ve never heard from GM” - that’s a lie. “Mike, why aren’t you answering my question? Why are you lying about this” - this is NOT a lie. This is a question as to why the liar is lying. See the difference? Now I’ll ask again Mike, why are you lying about this? As I mentioned, my boyfriend is a veteran and spent 10 years in the army and he asked Mike, man-to-man, for a straight answer as to why he was denying vehemently that GM had contacted him. When Mike couldn’t give anything but a run-around and my boyfriend questioned him as to why he was lying, Mike actually threatened to call the police. You can’t call the police on someone because you got yourself caught in your own lie... What’s done is done, but why lie? Lying is something you do when you’re six years old and afraid of getting in trouble, not when you’re the service manager. More
