Kyle was a huge help and we were able to do almost everything over the phone. He stayed late on a Friday to accommodate our schedule and so that we could enjoy the rest of our holiday weekend. Brought my 2017 silverado in for a recall issue. The man running the service department was very nice. He directed me out to the waiting area in the front lobby to wait for my vehicle. Not one salesman ack running the service department was very nice. He directed me out to the waiting area in the front lobby to wait for my vehicle. Not one salesman acknowledged me, even after I went out the front door to look at the 2021 silverados on lot and then back into the front lobby. If anyone had asked me I was very interested in the white 2021 trail boss that was out front. Guess that's what I get for being a woman looking at a truck. More

I saw the truck I wanted to purchase parked on the front line. I drove by it for two months and my husband and I decided to stop in and take a closer look. He answered all our questions and seemed very knowledgeable. Easy online credit apps took hardly any time to do. Kyle Rugh was awesome to deal with on the numbers and logistics end. Finance guy was efficient and friendly. I'm very happy with my truck and the great experience I had at Hilltop. I would recommend the dealership and staff to friends and family.
