Chevy is not doing dealerships any good. Some are terrible for help on floor while shopping, or skimping on things like oil change, and adding fixes not necessary.( EA: Banks, and Dover chevy.) The old service manager from old building had made me a friend forever at hilltop. The salesman was outstansing,listening to me, and having a vehicle I was looking for. Now I'm back to prep and oil change for a $37k vehicle.. tore pressures ate all over the map, oil is black and truck saying change it, and i had to ask to get full scuffs buffed.. why? . What has happened to customer service..?all about the almighty buck..but it still my buck.! More
