Timothy Wylie was an excellent service rep. I mostly appreciated his kindness and friendly nature. The service techs worked quickly on the oil change and tire rotation/balance — I wasn't in the I mostly appreciated his kindness and friendly nature. The service techs worked quickly on the oil change and tire rotation/balance — I wasn't in the service department for longer than an hour and a half. I should note that I knew I could use their shuttle to travel to my job, so having that as a backup plan helped make the experience at Ron Craft Chevrolet feel worry-free and convenient. More
