Alan was so patient with me throughout the process. Being a female, I am an emotional buyer. When trying to get a payoff one one of my vehicles, we had to call several times and wait over 30 minutes. I was a basket case. I called My salesman Saint Alan and appreciated his kindness and patience more than one would know. I changed my mind on vehicles 3 different times and Alan McArdle would say well let’s go look again and respected my need to stay within my budget.
