🙄 where do I begin? Ok first there was Barrett, we called in and inquired about a vehicle. He told me without a shadow of a doubt the vehicle was there. The internet price listed it for just shy under called in and inquired about a vehicle. He told me without a shadow of a doubt the vehicle was there. The internet price listed it for just shy under 11k. I asked him repeatedly for the price, mileage and to make sure that particular vehicle was on his lot. He said it was. We sent him all the paperwork, as we live 2 plus hours away from the dealership. When we got there they had a similar vehicle different mileage and a higher price😒 nonetheless it was still the vehicle my husband wanted so we proceeded. His communication on this vehicle was below zero! He Spoke on things that made no sense and has us chasing our tails with confusion due to his lack of communication. Then there was mark S. Ok guy for the most part. Just didn’t return my calls. Then there was Steven in finance. Said he could get the deal done on another vehicle and he would send me the options to my email on what vehicles. Then he told me Barrett would do that. I talked to Barrett he said here’s a car just go look on my site you’ll find it. They have 100s or cars on the site and especially the one he said go look at🙄 no help there. I then emailed Steven vehicles of interest asking would any of these work. No response. Called left at least two voicemails no response. Barrett called me days later asking when would be in and he never heard anything back from me then goes on to tell me that he accidentally blocked me from calling his phone and had no idea how that happened😒 then the lovely Mrs amber Meyers. Texted us to come in and get the vehicle. Another 2 hour drive wasted for nothing. We sat there for hours only for them to tell us they needed an ID for my husband. (He lost it we had. An upcoming appt with DPS) so I’m sure they knew he needed an ID before we got there, right? We were under the impression since we both were going on the loan it was ok that only I had my DL. So days go by again no returned calls/text and then I finally reached amber on Friday. She said and I quote, ‘who am I speaking with again? (My name) ughhh oh yea one moment.’ And puts me on hold and says ‘he’s not in I’ll get some one to call you back’ I explained to her all I wanted was answer. They had already sent our info to 100 banks inquiry after inquiry on our credit reports. She promised she would call me back or have whomever ‘he’ is to. Here it is a week later and still no response to follow up whatsoever from these ppl. So my advice is if you’re going to deal with these ppl at Ron craft do it without dealing with the ones named in this UNPAID for, truthful review. Customer service is the last thing any of them are good at. More
