Very excited about my Ron Craft buying experience. I met with Alex Rivera by appointment on 12-8-20. I had made Alex aware of what I was shopping for. Alex was waiting upon our arrival and took us out on th with Alex Rivera by appointment on 12-8-20. I had made Alex aware of what I was shopping for. Alex was waiting upon our arrival and took us out on the lot to look at the vehicles. He explained and showed the trucks that met my needs. We then test drove a couple vehicles I liked. Alex priced 2 vehicles I was interested in and the price I was quoted was outstanding. December is definitely a great time to buy a new vehicle. Alex even found me more buying incentives after I had ok’ed the purchase. Amber Myers who set up my appointment continued to check with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Tracy Ramsey the manager gave me great trade in for my vehicle. I finished up with Tanya Estrada in finance. She walked me through my finance options and supplied great information on my options.
