My mom went to the dealership ship to service my truck, since I work nights. When she got to the dealership, they were informing her that she’ll have to pay for the oil change. My mom was aware that I have since I work nights. When she got to the dealership, they were informing her that she’ll have to pay for the oil change. My mom was aware that I have free oil changes, but they tried to take advantage of her without me present. When they rotated my tires, my tire sensor suddenly broke, when I brought it in with no issues. They wanted to charge my mom another $160 to have it get fixed. When I took my truck to discount tire they informed me that shouldn’t have happened, unless it was tampered with. I informed Kevin the person who helped out my mom. I informed him everything was working fine when I drove the truck last night. Nothing should’ve messes up unless y’all tampered with it just to make extra mom off my mom. Would not recommend them serving your vehicle. They would not offer to fix anything that they surly did cause damages to my Truck. More
