No loyalty! ! This dealership will not stand behind its product. I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Ron Craft. The last truck I drove over 2.5 hours to show my ! This dealership will not stand behind its product. I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Ron Craft. The last truck I drove over 2.5 hours to show my loyalty. 2 months later the truck is in the shop with a bad transmission and all8 fuel injectors are bad!! It only has 4000 miles on it. When I called Ron Craft they said there was nothing they could do. The truck has been at a local dealer for 4 weeks with no eta on fuel injectors!! I’m paying for a brand new truck I can’t drive. Instead I have a stripped down Tundra!!! Ron Craft will NEVER get my business again. And everyone I know will know how disloyal they are!! They didn’t build the truck but they sold it! At least call and see what’s going on with it! Put me in something similar until it’s fixed!! It’s called taking care of your loyal customers, and Ron Craft does not!! Very disappointed !! More

Bought a brand new Cadillac from this dealer had issues with the air conditioning after only two years of owning was told by the dealership the repairs would not be covered by the warranty. Spoke to the service manager he was rude and didn’t care to hear anything we had to say attempted to speak to the general manager of the dealership was told he would give me a call never heard from him. Went by there to speak to him at 4 PM one day and was told he only works until three every day spoke to General Motors/Cadillac. All they did was call the dealer to confirm the same story I already have needless to say I am getting rid of my Cadillac, and I will never own a GM product again. Ron craft Cadillac/Chevrolet is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. More
