100% dissatisfied with the service. My car was in for a recall item and I made several attempts trying to get the status on my vehicle but I couldn't get ahold of my advisor. Everytiime My car was in for a recall item and I made several attempts trying to get the status on my vehicle but I couldn't get ahold of my advisor. Everytiime I called he was either busy or I was on hold for at least 15 mins. Then told they haven't had a chance to get with the mechanic and this went on all day. Also i was told several times that my advisor would call me back and that never happened. I always had to be the one to initiate contact. I had to physically go up to the dealership to get answers about my vehicle. I bought my car from this location 3 years ago brand new and this is the second recall on it. The first recall experience was exactly the same as the second. I don't know if manpower is the issue but the service is terrible. I paid alot of money for my vehicle and I would expect more. I typically like to get my vehicles serviced where i buy them so I will never buy another vehicle from this location again because I don't want to go through this the next time. I could see if this was a one off but I can't think of one experience that was a good one in the last 3 years when it come to service. More
The dealership needs to put covid behind us & get back to customer first service…. I can say that about most service businesses…. The companies that learn this will thrive going forward. Nobody answered the phone when I tried to find out when my car would be ready. When I left a message no one returned my call. When I finally got through to service writer she didn’t know if my car was read my car would be ready. When I left a message no one returned my call. I told her when I dropped off my car that I needed a ride and she told me they didn’t have anyone to bring back to dealership. This is our only vehicle and told her I had requested a ride when I dropped off my car. She finally found someone who could pick me up. I was not at all happy with the communication at this dealership More
I had a lot of work done and it took a day and a half. Daphne called at the end of the first day and advised me it would be the next day to get the work completed.
