People at Ron Carter only lie and give lip service for everything they do. Still waiting for my parts removed from my truck that were requested prior to the work starting. Even talked to David Hill and nothing has been done. Dealership removed plastic from my truck that I have purposely kept intact since I purchased the vehicle in 2020. Disappointing that this dealership which tries to represent itself as a customer focused/family friendly dealership is just out here providing lip service only. Makes sense now that is it owned by ZT Corporate who could not care less for about the customers. Also, the service department had printed signs that have money amounts next to different car sounds that customers will make when describing a car problem. More
