Waited 3 hours to have a hood ajar switch fixed when what I came for was to have right turn signal replaced. After 3 hour wait was told that replacement wd cost over $200 and they didn't have the part anyway I came for was to have right turn signal replaced. After 3 hour wait was told that replacement wd cost over $200 and they didn't have the part anyway. Had I been told that upfront, I wd not have waited for the very minor switch repair. Also felt car was damaged. They denied it and I couldn't prove it. Will not ever go there again. More

All of these dealerships are the same, they want your business and then, when you give it to them, they forget that they wanted your business in the first place business and then, when you give it to them, they forget that they wanted your business in the first place More

I don't recommend this dealership if you are expecting high-standard service. They are quick while only selling the car and don't care after you sign the agreement. Both sales and management flipped th high-standard service. They are quick while only selling the car and don't care after you sign the agreement. Both sales and management flipped the word multiple times for vehicle delivery. It took 5 days to make it happen after the car was purchased in cash. (2014 BMW 640i) They don't give purchase documents even after I requested them repeatedly. Preowned manager Mr.DEX promised to include the copy inside the console upon delivery but didn't do so. Salesperson Mr. IRVIN promised to email the PDF but that never happened. And again this dealer doesn't show any damage inside of the vehicle in the online listing. Please be aware to check the details. Mechanical issues noted after the test drive to bring their technician never got fixed. My automatic popup trunk doesn't work, front parking sensor malfunctioned. They will tell you their service center will take care of it (Before signing the paper) then say go to BMW because they can't do it. (After sales) What kind of dealer operates like this? I've dealt with many reputable places like Momentum BMW, Both Westside & Sterling McCall Lexus, and several Lincoln but this place's operation is not even close. Plain waste of my time. More
The lack of communication is my driver behind the score. I called multiple days in a row trying to reach the service advisor and couldn’t not reach them. I expressed this to my Ford case manager and she tol I called multiple days in a row trying to reach the service advisor and couldn’t not reach them. I expressed this to my Ford case manager and she told me she had the same issue and that this was an ongoing issue she had with multiple clients who had vehicles in for service at Ron Carter Ford Alvin. I understand they’re busy. I understand that it’s not their fault my vehicle broke. It is their fault that they cannot return calls in a timely manner when I just wanted an update so I could plan accordingly. More
