Zero communication regarding my car and it sat there for one week just to be told it's not covered by Ford extended warranty. I didn't receive one call from the dealership the entire week. i had to call eve one week just to be told it's not covered by Ford extended warranty. I didn't receive one call from the dealership the entire week. i had to call every time just to get an update i called on Friday to pick up my car because i was sick of no communication called 5-6 times with zero response from doug. Saturday i called and asked for the general manager because i couldnt even get a response to pick up the car and within minutes i was told doug said to just come pick it up. It was only once i asked to speak to the GM that i got the ok to pickup the car. I told Doug he needs to get better at communicating with the customer and his excuse was he was busy. No one is too busy to take a call for 30 seconds and let me know that it's not covered and to pick up the car. The absolute worst service i have ever had hands down. More

They really went above and beyond with making sure we chose the right vehicle. We changed our minds so many times and they were so patient and understanding. I scheduled a service appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 2 PM Friday. I drove 35 minutes from Sienna and arrived at 2 PM and set three hours in waiting room. Every service appointment I am told rotation at 2 PM Friday. I drove 35 minutes from Sienna and arrived at 2 PM and set three hours in waiting room. Every service appointment I am told the delay is due to new employees. I spent $77,000, including five year service warranty and always disappointed with service department. When I signed paperwork and received my key, there were no apologies from the service department employee. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. More
