The dealership is great, no problem, Ms. Daphne also had a friendly service. BUT, the real trouble that came with her was the lack of communication. I did a simple diagnostic for my car, and Daphne also had a friendly service. BUT, the real trouble that came with her was the lack of communication. I did a simple diagnostic for my car, and after the service was done, I paid for it, but when I asked about how much the parts would be, she told me that the mechanics would input the price on their end, and that she would send me the paperwork. I did decline the service to fix my car, but I had still asked if she could send me the price of the vehicle parts needed and i was told yes. I waited for almost 32 hours for her to send me an email (which I had left my email with her), JUST for me to call back 3 times and then be met with the fact that she forgot “did I not hand you the paper?”. After all that, I was told to call AGAIN and ask for parts. Time wasted and a headache gained. Thank you Ms.Daphne for the friendly service with a side of headache. More
