Truck came without key fob or lug lock drove two hours to get this truck. They said no problem we will send it through mail. been the runaround ever since no call backs no answering talked to a few different get this truck. I had issues a couple of years ago with the service department and stopped taking my vehicles. Recently, I decided to give it another chance and was pleasantly surprised. The new staff is friendly, pr department and stopped taking my vehicles. Recently, I decided to give it another chance and was pleasantly surprised. The new staff is friendly, professional, and kept me up to date on the repairs. The automated text message system they have needs improvement but a quick call got my questions answered. More
