Great customer service. Morgan kept me informed on everything that was going on. He coordinate the Jeep going to the next phase of being repaired. Again, greatly appreciated everything Morgan has done. More

The know-it-all front end guy in the service department is rude. Thinking that there’s no other option than to have my truck serviced there. I bought my truck at Ron carter and like clock work i have my tr is rude. Thinking that there’s no other option than to have my truck serviced there. I bought my truck at Ron carter and like clock work i have my truck serviced there. Not any more. I asked to have one issue fix, a recall, and he tried to press other things to get done and pay for parts that was covered in that recall. Why would i pay for pay parts covered in a recall? Also i asked when he believes the truck would be finished he said he didn’t know and didn’t even wanna give me a clue. I asked for a porter to drive me home 2.7 miles away. I was told no. I’ve use the porter serval times in the past. So instead of fighting with your idiot i choose to walk home knowing i needed time to settle out from that disrespectful little fat elvis wannabe. I will be choosing places elsewhere in the future. Also the service prior, i tried to get my oil change as well asked to have my filters change as well, filters weren’t change and told the techs didn’t have time to change oil and fuel filters. But had a call saying the truck was finished and ready to go. I don’t know with the change of ownership had a change in management on the service side but xxxx that’s long fall from what it was before. More
Everyone is very nice. My only concern is the over abundance of calls asking me to give a good rating. Communication on some important things took longer than expected. My recent car buying experience at Ron Carter was extremely disappointing. After waiting 2.5 hours at the salesman's empty desk before finally being brought into the finance office, I was eager to extremely disappointing. After waiting 2.5 hours at the salesman's empty desk before finally being brought into the finance office, I was eager to complete the purchase and leave as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the entire process took nearly 4 hours due to "issues connecting with the bank on a Saturday" and countless "mistakes in paperwork." In hindsight, this feels like an obvious sales tactic—make the customer wait so long that they’re eager to sign without asking questions or pushing back. It’s especially frustrating considering I had driven 4 hours in a vehicle without air conditioning, and they already knew I was committed to buying the truck. AZ in Sales provided no real assistance and did not engage in any "selling," as I had already chosen the truck well in advance. He also completed a "Vehicle Delivery Confirmation" checklist, supposedly verifying that certain tasks had been completed. However, he simply checked the boxes and asked me to sign an acknowledgment. One key item on the checklist was: "My vehicle was delivered clean inside and out, free of dings, dents, scuffs, and scratches, and included all promised features" — This did NOT happen. Despite being told that the truck was being "detailed" during our long wait, it was delivered in unacceptable condition. Unfortunately, I didn't see the vehicle again until AFTER all the paperwork had been completed, by which time it was too late. The truck had un-vacuumed carpets, sticky residue in the cupholder, a scratch on the backup camera, and trash in the backseat pocket—all on top of paying significantly more than I had planned. More on this later. AZ also made a point of asking for "good reviews" on this survey, claiming that otherwise his pay would be docked. He even offered to "make it right" if I had any issues with giving a good review. However, nothing he can do will change the price I paid or the hours that were wasted. Regarding the price, once we finally connected with Finance, Santiago slid in $10,000 in EXTRA fees, presenting the additional warranty as "all the things you GET" rather than "all the things you're PAYING FOR." By the time I realized what had happened, it was too late—I had already signed. While I take responsibility for not catching this sooner, I feel misled, especially since I was warned this would happen. Shame on me. As further evidence of their ineptitude, I received a text from AZ a couple of days after the purchase, asking if I could look in my new vehicle for the keys to the vehicle I traded in—they thought they had left the trade-in's keys in my new truck. I responded to AZ, outlining the issues mentioned above and letting him know the keys were not in my new truck. Unsurprisingly, AZ did not even bother replying to my messages—but he sure did want a good review so HE could get paid. Frankly, I'm embarrassed that I allowed this to happen. This was a terrible experience, and I will NEVER be purchasing from Ron Carter again. More
