Lack of dealer loaner vehicles makes scheduling repairs difficult. My vehicle was without a backup camera and heat/ac controls for 7 days while waiting for a part to be ordered. I mage an appointment and took my vehicle in at 7:30 a. m. for 2 recalls and asked to have the navigation system updated. The service writer said it would only take a few hours. 0 updates. I called at 4:00 m. for 2 recalls and asked to have the navigation system updated. The service writer said it would only take a few hours. 0 updates. I called at 4:00 p.m. And was told they would have to keep it overnight. No offer of a loaner. I had no updates the next day and had to call back at 4:30 p.m. They said it was ready to be picked up and told me I needed a new radio. I had to wait until the next morning to pick it up. There was no reason the navigation couldn't have been updated. I took it to someone else who did the update. Losers and liars🤬🤬🤬 More
