Woody had the car ready for me to look over and test drive. He answered all the questions I had, before and after the test drive. He was very straightforward and forthcoming, because the car had a few small issues (it was a used car). Because of this, they significantly lowered the price. Woody worked hard to get me financed. The process was low stress. I didn't feel pressured into buying the car, and I was comfortable with all of it. The warranty was explained to me thoroughly, as was the gap insurance. Compared my last car buying experience (at a different dealership), this one was a pleasant and efficient experience. I got everything I asked for and more. I would highly recommend this dealership!
