Please explain why 6 weeks turned into a year, and why I’m repeatedly being ignored by anyone I talk to at the dealership? I have stopped short of actually coming to the dealership, because it’s 45 min from my house, and by principle, I shouldn’t have to show up at your doorstep to get an answer. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for Richard! He has been amazing through this whole process! He has done everything for me just make sure all the documents are in order and my vehicle is ready to go. There was a huge misunderstanding between the dealership and my credit union, and that finally got taken care of today, but he has been working so hard through all of this to make sure that I’m going to get this vehicle. He is seriously the best and a very sweet man. I wish all salesman were more like him. I have never worked with a more nicer, kind, patient salesman in my life. You guys should definitely hang onto him he’s great! He treats customers right and he does everything he can for the customer.
