The diagnostic fee of 190 dollars for condensation in a headlight was insane. My wife signed the paperwork though so that is on us. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. I had my car appraised and received an offer that was good for 7 days. I came back six days later and was told that they w Horrible customer service. I had my car appraised and received an offer that was good for 7 days. I came back six days later and was told that they were not going to honor that price and offered me $3500 (yes, THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED) less than the original appraisal even though I had a piece of paper signed by the used car manager stating that the higher price was valid for 7 days. I asked to speak to the GM, a fella by the name of JK. Turns out this JK fella is rude, crude, and unprofessional. I told him all I wanted was what I was promised. I must have interrupted his Twinkie break because he was not in a good mood and started arguing with me about it. I couldn’t believe it. I told him I was going to tell everyone I know how I was treated at his dealership but he didn’t seem to care one bit. I have bought several vehicles from this dealership but I will never go back. I provided a detailed 10 day payoff instructions on SUV almost a month later my SUV has NOT been paid off!!! I have left voice messages, I emailed. I got one email response asking me for my 10 day payoff to which I sent immediately and reminded them they have had this information. I request status updates no responses! They processed my truck payment immediately so I now have a truck payment double my SUV payment and my SUV payment that I don’t even have!!!! My bank states there’s no pending payments to pay off my SUV!!! There’s zero communication and respect!!! I’ve never had an experience purchasing a vehicle like this it’s ridiculous! More
Hey I own a small company and ordered a Savana van 6 months ago. After 4 months I called to get an update and it took 6 days of calling before they even got back to me. Then they told me it was ordered months ago. After 4 months I called to get an update and it took 6 days of calling before they even got back to me. Then they told me it was ordered and it would be 2 more months. so I waited 2 months and call back to have them tell me that they didn't ever order the van and then made up an excuse that they don't but V8's in the 23 model even though it was an option on the website. This cost me and my company untold time and money. I wouldn't ever order anything from them. Gary should have let me know immediately that they didn't order my vehicle. What a waste of my time and money. Clint More
