Ms.Ann Mitchell, was so Awesome! She greeted my husband, son and I with a big friendly smile. We felted welcome and like we were family. She offered us coffee or water whatever we wanted. Service was slow. We brought the vehicle in first thing Friday morning, and it was not returned to use until mid-day (11:50am) on the following Tuesday. The delivery date/time moved from Monday end -of-day to Tuesday morning to late Tuesday morning. When I was finally told the vehicle was ready, the paperwork was not done when I arrived, and the service manager was not available. So, I had to wait again for someone else to come and help wrap up the paperwork. More
