I definitely have had issues with the maintenance department in the last year, so having this current experience in 2024 was refreshing. The staff knew I had an appointment, they got me checked in, a department in the last year, so having this current experience in 2024 was refreshing. My service agent, Andrea was so helpful and nice. She was waiting for us when we brought our GMC Acadia in for service. When purchasing the vehicle I had to purchase a WI dow tint and wheel lock package that totaled $2400. I paid the 2400 but still haven't received the package nor have I received my 2nd key. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is an entirely different story. I finally learned how to book online, since no one ever answers the phone there.
