1st. tire rotation & oil change took more than 5 hrs. I was told it would be 1.5 hrs. after making a .reservation. Absolutely horrible I will never bring my cat back there again. Brought car twice with same problem and they kept saying they couldn't recreat issues despite the codes it was throwing. Then went in and prob again. Brought car twice with same problem and they kept saying they couldn't recreat issues despite the codes it was throwing. Then went in and problem was so bad it need a transmission. ZERO communication even when requested service manager to call. No one would ever answer phones had to physically go in for updates and even had to invokd ours salesman. Said vehicle was fixed and drove off and now vehicle is worse than before. Be aware and please do research before using this service department. More

Took a month to get the part with poor follow up and then two service writers quit so no one called to tell me it was ready. Cost me another $500 in a weekly rental because they didn’t have their stuff to two service writers quit so no one called to tell me it was ready.
