The service department had my car for two weeks, telling me the part I needed was on national back order and could possibly take weeks to months to come in. I ended up having to locate the part myself at another dealership. I took my car to Davis Chevrolet and the repairs were done the same day. Ron Carter made me feel like they didn't want to provide service to my vehicle and instead placed the burden of responsibility on me to find alternative solutions. More

Purchased a used GMC truck. Seems they could have known more about the vehicle as they struggled to answer some of my questions about features. Had to haggle for some dealer repairs that either should have been done before selling like a bald tire and alignment. Service agreement was purchased but upon several requests for details about the service plan, I still did not get any information when they gave me my final paperwork. Justin did a fine job, even came and picked me up at my home and took me to the dealership. He had the paperwork prepared and ready to go.
