I brought my vehicle in for my appointment at 9:00 am this morning (09/13/2024) and I was informed that they would contact me for 1. When they finished the work or 2. If they were not able to finish, they would call me to inform me that they were keeping my vehicle overnight. At about 5:00pm, I began to attempt to contact the service dept. to get an update. And after 10 or more times trying to contact someone in the service dept. and leaving messages...the final straw was the receptionist telling me that she would contact them but instead she hung up the phone. Definitely my LAST time to bring my vehicle to this dealership! More
