Very poor communication. Slow and sloppy work. Over the course of a week we dealt with 5 different service advisors and were slow rolled. Dealerships ability to take care o Slow and sloppy work. Over the course of a week we dealt with 5 different service advisors and were slow rolled. Dealerships ability to take care of customers in a timely manner has died! It’s extremely sad that I own 4 vehicles all 2 years old or less and total in value of over $270,000 and take all of them to a local quick lube type place for maintenance because I can’t find a dealership that will provide oil changes while you wait for them. Dealerships expect customers to drop them off and keep them for a full day or two even if you make an appointment. Bottom line is dealers need to start taking care of customers so that they buy, maintain and trust them. DO BETTER! More
Went in for oil change and tire rotation, I asked before if they would do air pressure when they rotate? Was told yes, get in car and all tires were still low, So I go in and they take car back and do that. if they would do air pressure when they rotate? Had vehicle for 10+ days. Poor communication/few updates. No resolution. Dropped off vehicle with just under half tank.
